My name is Kelvin Shackleford and I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead Williford Early Learning Center! 

Prior to stepping into this new role, I was the principal at Williford Elementary School for the past four years. I will also be the principal of the new Williford Early Learning Center. I have also served as Assistant Principal at Southern Nash Middle School and Coopers Elementary School. Before becoming a school administrator, I taught High School History at North Pitt High School for ten years. I coached football for two years while at North Pitt as well. I attended Wake Forest University for my undergraduate degree in Sociology and East Carolina University for my Master of School Administration degree.

Mrs. Natasha Williams holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Education Studies. With 17 years of experience in public education, she has had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students, particularly early learners, to foster their academic and personal growth.

Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment where young children can thrive. Mrs. Williams believes that the early years are a critical time for development, and is passionate about providing students with the foundational skills they need to succeed in their educational journey.
